Commonwealth House is a good fit for seniors who are semi-independent, but may require assistance with daily living activities. Those whose mental or physical condition requires more intensive care may need to inquire about Memory Care or Skilled Nursing.

Medical Equipment and Supplies - We have a collection of equipment such as walkers, canes, and other mobility equipment that we are happy to share with our residents.

Dentistry and Additional Medical Appointments - Our care staff is happy to make appointments for you and handle all the details. We are located just a stone’s throw away from doctors’ offices on Toll Gate Road, and Kent Hospital.
